If you're unsure, you'll most likely receive fewer than 100,000 visits per month. We recommend starting with the Standard plan. If you exceed that limit, we'll notify you by email to adjust it together. We won't suspend service for this.
Can I cancel the service at any time?

Yes, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan anytime. If you cancel or downgrade within the first 7 days, you'll receive a full refund. No questions asked.
Can I pay annually? Are there any discounts?

Of course you can. When you receive the email with the link to make the payment, you can choose to pay monthly or annually. With the annual payment you save 2 months
What if I have more visits than the contracted?

We don't cut off service. We operate with generous margins so that those on the edge pay as little as possible. We notify you before any changes.
Do my own visits count?

No. From your Control Panel you can add your private IPs and that traffic will not be counted.
What if there are discrepancies between my stats and yours?

We operate within wide margins of error, so it's unlikely. However, if you provide a justification, we will always accept your statistics. Our support team will investigate to ensure this doesn't happen again.
